Notes about Usage: We do not offer dosage instructions for bulk powders, but we do have these helpful tips for you. It is advisable that you do not order bulk powders if you are unsure of how to use them.

• 1/4 teaspoon of powder is about equal to one capsule (approximately four capsules will yield a level teaspoon; note that this may vary depending on each herb due to differences in consistency).
• Powder can be consumed by sprinkling it over your food or mixing it with a syrup such as maple or chocolate.
• You could also mix it with orange juice. The citric acid in the orange juice will help to mask any unpleasant powder tastes.
