CUSTOMER REWARDS PROGRAM

Thank you for choosing Herbal Extracts Plus for your herbal needs! We have designed this Customer Rewards Program with you in mind to give you extra savings just for shopping with us. Each order placed by an Herbal Extracts Plus member* will automatically receive Customer Rewards Points. For every $10 spent, members will receive one (1) Customer Rewards Point. Your points will accumulate with each order and you can use them for a discount on any future order.** As long as you have points available, you can use them on any future order!

* You become a member by choosing a password when you place an order with us, giving you an account with access to your order history.

** You may not use points on the very first order you place with Herbal Extracts Plus. You must make a purchase and accumulate points before you can redeem them.

How the Point System Works
When you spend $10 on an order from Herbal Extracts Plus, you will receive one Customer Reward Point.* Each point is equivalent to one dollar. So if you purchase an item that is $20, you will receive two Reward Points and on your next order, you can take two dollars off the order with those points. Points will not be split up if your order total comes to an uneven amount. For example, if your order comes to $15.00, you will only get one point; you will not receive a point and a half. If any of this is a little confusing, we understand. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your points in detail.

* Points are derived from your subtotal only and do not include shipping amounts.

How to Find and Use Your Points
All Customer Rewards Points will be kept up-to-date in our system. As of December 23, 2008, our shopping cart system will show your total number of accumulated Reward Points when you login to your account! Your Points total will also continue to be printed on your invoices, so if you have not set up a password with us to access your account, keep your latest invoice handy to know exactly how many points you have. If you have misplaced your last invoice, or would like to set up a password for your account, please give us a call or e-mail us for assistance.

To redeem your Customer Rewards Points:
When you come to the payment screen during the checkout process for your online order, there will be a tab that says Redeem Points for you to use your Customer Reward Points. Follow the instructions on that tab to apply your Reward Points to your order as a payment. Please note: If applying your Points this way, you can choose to redeem all of your accumulated Points or none of them. If you want to use a specific number of your Points instead of all of them, please do not use the Redeem Points tab. Instead, leave us a note in the 'Special Instructions' section as to how many Points you would like to redeem against that order and continue with your payment method (credit card or PayPal). We will then apply your requested Points manually during order processing. If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-909-8889.

After you have applied your Reward Points, continue with another form of payment (if there is a remaining balance) or continue to submit your order.

If you are paying for your order through PayPal:
If you want to use all of your accumulated Reward Points, be sure to use the Redeem Points section first. Your Points will be applied to your order and if there is a remaining balance, you can proceed to the PayPal tab to proceed with the PayPal payment process for that balance.

If you want to use some of your accumulated Reward Points but not all of them, do not use the Redeem Points tab. Instead, leave us a note in the 'Special Instructions' section of the page as to how many points you want to redeem, then continue to the PayPal tab to enter your PayPal payment information. Because you will be paying with PayPal, you will be paying for the full balance of your order up front. We will issue you a refund through PayPal for the amount of Points that you asked to redeem.

If you are paying by a check or money order, please use our printable Order Form to let us know what you would like to order. (Prices for products and shipping amounts can be found on our website or by giving us a call, toll-free, at 1-888-909-8889.) Include a note in the Customer Comments area of the form as to how many points you would like to redeem, then deduct the number of Points from the order total. Make your check or money order out for the remaining balance after deducting the Reward Points.

Customer Rewards Points are not refundable for cash. They can only be used as store credit towards future purchases from Herbal Extracts Plus.

This program is subject to change at our discretion.
However, your accumulated points will never expire.
